摘要: 针对聚丙烯装置催化剂配制单元的设备布置及管道设计过程中遇到的相关问题,在执行国内外标准规范并满足操作检修要求的前提下,从平面和立面的角度对单元的设备布置进行优化,并对其中涉及的主要管道的设计进行探讨。介绍了项目的设计经验,对设备布置及管道设计过程中的操作及检修要求,做了详细的说明

Abstract: In order to solve the problems in the equipment layout and piping design of catalyst preparation unit in polypropylene plant, the equipment layout is optimized from the perspectives of plane and elevation on the premise that relevant Chinese and foreign standards and codes are followed and the operation and maintenance requirements are met, and the design of major pipelines involved is discussed. The design experiences of the project are introduced, and the operation and maintenance requirements in equipment layout and piping design are illustrated in detail
