摘要: 分析了目前聚丙烯行业进行产品深度脱挥主流的脱挥方法及缺陷。通过大量筛选性实验,找到了一种适用于聚丙烯颗粒料中挥发份深度脱除的方法,并确定了其操作参数,研究了该方法对物料性能的影响。在此基础上提出了工业化的工艺流程及设备设计方案

Abstract: This paper analyzes the defects of main methods for the deep removal of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from polypropylene in polypropylene industry at present. A method for the deep removal of VOCs from polypropylene particles has been found through a large number of experimental studies. This paper also determines the operating conditions of this method and studies the effect of this method on material properties. Finally, an industrialized process flow and an equipment design scheme are proposed to remove the VOCs from polypropylene particles
