Abstract: Thailand Polypropylene (PP) Project consists of two PP plants. SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation (SEI), as the EPCC contractor, has successfully completed the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of the project. This is the first overseas project that SEI is fully responsible for the plant commissioning and start-up. The successful commissioning of the project has won SEI a good international reputation and invaluable commissioning experience, which builds a solid foundation for the expansion of SEI in overseas market.
