摘要: 聚丙烯双峰产品具有分子量分布宽、产品加工性好等特点。为适应市场对新产品的需求,在某聚丙烯装置的设计过程中开发了氢气回收单元。利用PRO II模拟软件对氢气回收单元的方案进行优化,通过对设备规格、能量消耗等指标进行分析对比,逐步调整工艺参数,最终开发出投资少、能耗低、流程短的新流程,使得该装置能够生产超宽分子量分布的双峰产品

Abstract: Bimodal polypropylene products have the characteristics of wide molecular weight distribution and good processability. In order to meet the market demand for new products, hydrogen recovery unit was developed during the design of a polypropylene plant. PRO II software was used to optimize the process of the hydrogen recovery unit. Process parameters were adjusted step by step by analyzing and comparing the equipment specification and energy consumption of different schemes. Finally an optimal process with low investment, low energy consumption and short process flow was developed, which enables the plant to produce bimodal products with ultra-wide molecular weight distribution
