摘要: 目前管道保温数据采集还是人工方式,检测效率低,检测费用昂贵。此外,炼化企业缺乏有效的管道保温在线监测措施,无法实时掌握管道保温运行状况和及时发现泄漏等异常情况,依靠人工巡检存在局限性。以光纤测温技术为基础,结合计算机技术及传感器技术,搭建了管道保温智能化数据采集系统框架,形成了现场采集控制、数据互联网传输及远程监控相结合的模式。完成了下位机监控系统、网页版管道保温智能化数据采集系统及数据采集主机等软硬件的设计与开发,利用管道保温试验装置进行了数据采集试验。结果表明,管道保温数据均可实现实时采集,温度测量误差在1℃以内,可实现现场采集控制、温度及散热损失远程在线监测、正平衡计算、数字管道图查看、历史数据查询及异常报警等功能。

Abstract:

At present, pipeline insulation data is still collected manually, with low detection efficiency and expensive detection costs. In addition, refining enterprises lack effective online monitoring measures for pipeline insulation, which makes it difficult to grasp the real-time operation status of pipeline insulation andtimely detect abnormal situations such as leaks. Relying on manual inspection has limitations. On the basis of fiber optic temperature measurement technology, an intelligent data acquisition system framework for pipeline insulationwasbuilt combined with computer technology and sensor technology,integrating on-site acquisition control, data Internet transmission and remote monitoring.The design and development of software and hardware for a lower computer monitoring system, a web-based intelligent data acquisition system for pipeline insulation and a data acquisition host was completed, and some data acquisition experimentswere conducted using a pipeline insulation testing device. The results showed that real-timedata acquisitioncan be achieved for pipeline insulation, and the temperature measurement error is within 1℃.Functions such as on-sitedata acquisitionand control, remote online monitoring of temperature and heat dissipation losses, positive balance calculation, digital pipeline diagram viewing, historical data query and abnormal alarm can beachieved.
