烯烃裂解产物精制系统的再生与孔板设计

摘要: 乙烯装置、催化裂化装置和甲醇制烯烃装置都会副产相当数量的C4-C8烯烃馏分。利用这些较低附加值的副产品,通过烯烃催化裂解手段生产乙烯/丙烯,可以提高生产企业的经济效益。原料C4-C8烯烃馏分中一般含有氧化物、S、H2O等杂质,在催化裂解过程中,产生的杂质并不多。为得到聚合级乙烯及丙烯产品,需配套设置精制吸附系统,脱除原料带入系统的杂质。文章介绍了精制系统的再生操作过程及相关孔板的设计计算。

Abstract: Ethylene plant, FCC unit and MTO plant produce a considerable amount of C4-C8 olefin fractions as byproducts. Utilizing these low value-added byproducts to produce ethylene/propylene through olefin catalytic cracking can increase the economic benefits of enterprises. The raw material C4-C8 olefin fractions generally contain impurities such as oxides, sulfur and H2O. Not many impurities are produced during catalytic cracking. In order to obtain polymer grade ethylene and propylene products, an adsorption system needs to be set up to remove the impurities entrained into the system by raw material. This article introduces the regeneration process of the adsorption system and the design calculation of related orifices.
