摘要: 介绍了乙烯装置裂解炉单元框架与炉前管廊配管布置的一些新模式,结合国内某乙烯装置裂解炉单元20万t/a炉管设计经验和实例,从构架与管廊功能性的角度阐述了关于平台设置、阀组布置重新分配的设计过程。对裂解气大阀的管道设计及管廊跨距给出了新方案,同时从应力角度论证了此种布置方案的可行性。从平面布置角度探讨了通过缩小管廊跨距减少整个裂解炉单元占地的可行性。

Abstract: This paper introduces new models for the furnace structure and the layout of piping in front of the cracking furnace in an ethylene plant. Combined with the design experience and practical examples of the furnace tubes of a 200 kt/a furnace in an ethylene plant in China, this paper elaborates on the design process for platform arrangement and the redistribution of valve group placement from a structural and functional perspective. An innovative scheme is presented for the piping design of cracking gas valve and the span of pipe gallery, and the feasibility of this scheme is demonstrated from the perspective of stress analysis. Additionally, it explores the potential to reduce the footprint of the entire cracking furnace by reducing the span of pipe gallery from the perspective of spatial layout.
