摘要: 石脑油蒸汽裂解制乙烯副产裂解C6馏分,通过苯抽提后副产的C6抽余油,含有较高的正己烷。目前这部分C6抽余油主要是作为粗己烷产品直接出售,或者是直接用于下游汽油调配,基本未进行提升附加值的利用。实际应用表明,该C6抽余油经加氢反应去除少量苯后,再通过精馏得到纯度较高的正己烷将会极大地提高抽余油的利用价值。

Abstract:

Cracking C6fraction is a by-product of naphtha steam crackingforethylene production. Through benzene extraction,the by-product C6 raffinate oil hasa highcontent of n-hexane. At present, this part of C6raffinate oil is mainly sold directly as crude hexane products or used directly for downstream gasoline blending,without enhancing its added value. The practical application shows that after removing a small amount of benzene from the C6 raffinate oil through hydrogenation reaction, high purity n-hexane can be obtained by distillation, thus greatly improvingthe utilization value ofthe raffinateoil.
