摘要: 介绍了E334加压塔冷凝器运行中,因为其上端管板和换热管管口总是先被腐蚀引起泄漏,造成较大的开停车损失。虽然对其进行抢修和补焊后可以继续使用,但该冷凝器依然会不定期重复出现腐蚀和泄漏,每次处理事故均需要停车中断生产。分析设备现况发现,下端管板与换热管良好,故此对其进行了上、下两端互换改造设计,效果良好,延长了设备的使用寿命,减少了日常维护及其更新成本。当然,想要真正从根本上解决冷凝器腐蚀问题,还应该选择更耐受甲酸环境腐蚀的材料,以使装置安稳长满优运行。建议推广至2万t/a聚甲醛装置,会获得更大的经济效益

Abstract: During the operation of the condenser in pressurized tower E334, the upper end pipe plate and heat exchanger pipe nozzle are always corroded first to cause leakage and result in great startup and shutdown losses. Although the condenser can still be used after rush-repair and welding, it will suffer from repeated corrosion and leakage from time to time, and the production has to be interrupted each time an accident is to be handled. The analysis on equipment status showed that the lower end pipe plate and heat exchanger tube were good, so the upper and lower ends were interchanged. Good effect was obtained, the service life of the equipment was extended, and the daily maintenance and update costs were reduced. Of course, to fundamentally solve the corrosion problem of condenser, materials that are more resistant to corrosion in formic acid environment shall be selected, so as to achieve safe, stable, long-term, full-load and optimal operation of the unit. If this modification design is used in a 20 kt/a polyformaldehyde plant, greater economic benefits will be achieved
