摘要:

紧急泄压系统作为保护装置的主要手段,其泄放速率的准确计算对安全生产和火炬设计具有重要意义。以液化石油气(LPG分离系统火灾工况泄压为例,通过HYSYS BLOWDOWNAnalysis Tool建立系统模型,调整孔板直径以满足泄压要求,文中介绍了BLOWDOWN模块的计算特性及存在的限制,分析了泄压过程中压力、温度、泄放速率等参数的变化情况,并利用模块建立多孔板并联泄放模型对泄放峰值进行了优化,优化后泄放峰值可降低约18.5 %

Abstract:

Emergencypressure reliefsystem isthe primary means of protecting units, and the accurate calculation ofits relief rate is very important forproduction safety and flare system design. Takingthe pressure relief of LPG separation system in fire case as an example,a modelwas establishedvia HYSYS BLOWDOWN Analysis Tool,andthe orifice diameter wasadjusted to meet the pressure reliefrate. This paper introducesthecalculation characteristics and limitations of BLOWDOWN Analysis Tool,and analyzesthe variationsofparameters such as pressure, temperature andpressure relief rate duringpressure relief.After optimizingthepressure relief system usinga multi-orifice model, the peak flow canbe reduced by18.5%.
