Abstract:

Through the research on master data of petrochemical engineering projects, the problems of different data sources in the construction of integrated system of engineering project management have been solved. The method for establishing integrated system of project management based on master data has been explored, and the integrated management of progress detection, quality inspection and document management has been realized, achieving the automatic detection of project progress based on document deliverables, the tracking of quality status and the automatic filing of as-built documents.
