摘要:

煤化工项目有建设周期长、资金投入大、技术复杂且建设地偏远、周边依托差等特点,建设过程中容易受到各类因素影响。以某项目为例,结合煤化工项目特点,浅谈如何建立该项目的进度检测体系达到进度控制的目的。

Abstract:

With the characteristics of long construction period, large capital investment, complex technology, remote construction site and poor surrounding support, coal to chemical projects are easily affected by various factors during construction. Combined with the characteristics of coal to chemical projects, this paper takes a project as an example to discuss how to establish a progress detection system for the project to achieve the goal of progress control.
