摘要:

随着信息技术的快速发展,大数据分析在多个领域变得日益重要,而数据库优化器算法的性能直接影响到分析的速度和质量,文中旨在探索如何优化数据库优化器算法,以提升大数据分析的准确性和效率。使用PythonPostgreSQLcuBLAS等工具完成数据库优化器算法优化,并在高性能服务器上搭建优化环境,同时验证优化算法的可行性。结果表明,在处理大规模和高维度数据集时使用以上工具让优化算法展现出更好的性能,在不同数据特征下能保持高效运行,证明了其在大数据分析中的实用性和有效性。

Abstract:

 With the rapid development of information technology, big data analysis has become increasingly important in several fields, and the performance of database optimizer algorithm directly affects the speed and quality of the analysis, so the purpose of this paper is to explore how to optimize the database optimizer algorithm to improve the efficiency and accuracy of big data analysis. The research methodology uses tools such as Python, PostgreSQL and cuBLAS to complete the optimization of the database optimizer algorithm, builds the optimization environment on a high-performance server, and verifies the feasibility of the optimization algorithm. The results show that using the above tools allows the optimization algorithm to show better performance in processing large-scale and high-dimensional datasets and maintains efficient operation under different data characteristics, proving its usefulness and effectiveness in big data analysis.
