摘要:

介绍了某渣油加氢装置高压离心式注水泵在应用中的振动问题及处理过程,对2种不同泵型的离心式注水泵进行了多方面的对比,特别是在转子湿态动力学和水力学方面运用有限元分析软件进行模拟分析,并根据模拟分析结果提出了相应的改进方案,从根本上解决了注水泵在实际运行中的振动问题,提升了高压离心泵长周期运行的可靠性。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the vibration problem of high-pressure centrifugal water injection pumps in a residue hydrogenation unit and the treatment process, and compares two types of centrifugal water injection pumps from many aspects. Finite element analysis software is used for simulation analysis particularly in terms of wet rotor dynamics and hydraulics, and a corresponding improvement plan is put forward according to the analysis results, fundamentally solving the vibration problem of water injection pumps during actual operation and improving the reliability of high pressure centrifugal pumps during long period operation.
