文中介绍了主副加热局部焊后热处理法及感应加热焊后热处理技术在螺纹锁紧环换热器上的应用,该方法解决了采用传统方法换热器在进行局部热处理时常出现的问题,这种新型局部热处理法也将为其它大型超限设备提供了局部焊后热处理的解决思路。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the application of a primary plus secondary local postweld heat treatment method and induction heat treatment technology in threaded ring lock heat exchangers. The method solves the problem of local postweld heat treatment with traditional ways for this type of heat exchanger, and also provides solutions for other large over-limit equipment as a new local postweld heat treatment method.
