摘要:

基于分布式动态优化、微分博弈以及数值优化直接法思想,文中提出了基于微分博弈直接法的化工装置操作优化数值算法。首先,文章构建了基于微分博弈理论的化工装置操作优化数学命题。接下来,为了保证该命题涉及的大规模动态优化问题求解实时收敛,将微分博弈中的复杂大规模极大极小化问题分解为若干个轮流交替求解的简单小规模操作优化子问题。随后,使用正交配置法将离散化分解后的子问题优化为非线性规划问题,并使用求解器轮流求解得到上述的非线性规划问题,直到最终的优化结果成功收敛为止。该算法有效地提高了化工装置操作优化求解的实时性、收敛性、准确性和最优性,为化工装置经济效益提升提供技术支撑。

Abstract:

Based on the idea of distributed dynamic optimization, differential game and direct method of numerical optimization, this paper proposes a numerical algorithm for chemical plant operation optimization based on differential game direct method. Firstly, this paper constructs the mathematical proposition of chemical plant operation optimization based on differential game theory. Next, in order to ensure the real-time convergence of the large-scale dynamic optimization problem involved in this proposition, this paper decomposes the complex large-scale minimax problem in the differential game into several simple small-scale operation optimization sub-problems that are solved alternately. After that, the orthogonal collocation method is used to discretize the decomposed operation optimization sub-problems into nonlinear programming problems, and the solver is used to solve the above nonlinear programming problems in turn until the final optimization results converge successfully. The algorithm effectively improves the real-time, convergence, accuracy and optimality of the solution to chemical plant operation optimization problem, and provides technical support for the improvement of chemical plant economic benefits.
