摘要:

乙烯装置中的急冷换热器用于将裂解炉的高温裂解气快速冷却,以便回收热量,并防止二次反应的发生。研究了大型急冷换热器在乙烯装置中的应用情况,并借助CFD软件对大型急冷换热器的裂解气分配情况进行了模拟,得出了气体分布器及管道布置方案对入口流道的流体分配的影响,对乙烯装置裂解炉大型急冷换热器的设计提供参考。

Abstract:

Quench heat exchanger in ethylene plant is used to quickly cool the high-temperature pyrolysis gas of cracking furnace in order to recover the heat and prevent secondary reactions. This paper studies the application of large quench heat exchangers in ethylene plant, simulates the distribution of cracked gas in large horizontal quench heat exchangers with the help of CFD, and obtains the influence of gas distributor and piping layout plan on the fluid distribution at the inlet, providing reference for the design of large quench heat exchanger of cracking furnace in ethylene plant.
