摘要:

低温罐泵井顶部法兰在低温罐正常操作时,承受周期性的压力和温度变化,同时还承受泵工作时的振动载荷,若设计不合理可能会引起法兰密封失效,使低温介质从法兰密封处泄漏,导致泵井管附近罐顶板局部冷脆开裂,造成很大危害。文章通过分析泵井顶部法兰承受的各种工况下的温度、压力、荷载等变化,找出可能导致顶部法兰密封失效的原因,提出避免法兰密封面处泄漏的措施,并给出合理设计顶部泵井法兰及紧固件的建议。

Abstract:

During the normal operation of cryogenic tank, the top flange of pump sump is subject to not only the periodic pressure and temperature changes but also the vibration load of pump in operation. Its unreasonable design may lead to the sealing failure of flange, the leakage of low temperature medium from flange seal and the local cold brittle cracking of tank roof near pump sump pipe, causing great hazard. This article analyzes the changes in temperaturepressure and load on the top flange of pump sump under various conditions, summarizes the possible causes of sealing failure of top flange, proposes some measures for avoiding the leakage at flange sealing face, and puts forward some suggestions for the reasonable design of top flange and fittings.
