摘要:

合成橡胶的加氢度对产品性能有十分重要的影响。文中讨论了多种合成橡胶的加氢度离线式检测方法,如物理检测法、化学加成法、仪器分析法等。并从仪器分析的应用现状、测量误差和局限性的角度,重点论述了借助红外光谱法、核磁共振技术检测多种合成橡胶(SBSSBRNBRSIS)加氢度的适用性。为解决样品分析周期长、检测数据滞后等问题,文章从取样方式、样品处理、仪器保护角度,讨论了借助仪器分析技术开发在线式智能的加氢度检测方法的工艺设计要点。

Abstract:

The hydrogenation degree of synthetic rubber has a very important impact on the performance of products. A variety of off-line detection methods for hydrogenation degree of synthetic rubbers are discussed, such as physical detection method, chemical additive process and instrumental analysis method. Taking into account the application status, measurement error and limitations of instrumental analysis, the applicability of Infrared Absorption Spectroscopy and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy for detecting the hydrogenation degree of SBS, SBR, NBR, SIS and other synthetic rubbers are emphatically discussed. In order to solve such problems as long sample analysis cycle and lag of detection data, the key points of process design for the development of an on-line intelligent hydrogenation detection method based on instrumental analysis technology are discussed from the aspects of sampling method, sample handling and instrument protection.
