摘要:

将法律、合规、风险、内控、制度等企业管理要素整合,形成“N位一体”的综合性管理管控体系已经成为融合提升管理效能的共识。文中总结和提炼了某工程建设公司在构建“五位一体”管理监督评价机制过程中,法律、合规、风险、内控、制度互相融合的实践经验,为企业管理者提供建设思路和思考。

Abstract:

 The integration of enterprise management elements, such as law, compliance, risk, internal control and system to formulate an "n-in-1" comprehensive management and control system has become a consensus to improve management efficiency. This article summarizes and refines the experience of an engineering company in the integration of law, compliance, risk, internal control and system during the establishment of a "five-in-one" management, supervision and evaluation system, and provides some constructive ideas for enterprise managers.
