摘要:

运用理论分析和实例验证的方式,具体分析了工艺参数、泄漏故障和流量调节等因素对往复压缩机级间压力的影响;针对现场实际情况,探讨了“三返一”、“逐级返”以及无级气量调节系统对往复压缩机级间压力的主动控制方案;为往复压缩机级间压力变化分析提供了一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

In this paper, the influence of factors such as process parameters, leakage fault and flow regulation on the interstage pressure of reciprocating compressors is analyzed by theoretical analysis and case verification. Based on the practical situations, the active control plans of “general bypass regulation”, “step by step bypass regulation” and stepless capacity regulation system for the interstage pressure of reciprocating compressors are discussed, providing some guidance for the analysis of interstage pressure variation of reciprocating compressors.
