摘要: 多管式换热器作为一种新型的高效换热器,目前在国内催化裂化装置中应用较少。以哈萨克斯坦某炼油厂重油催化裂化装置为例,介绍了多管式换热器在该装置内的应用情况,并详细阐述了该种型式换热器的特点及换热系统的控制方案。该种换热器具有结构简单、制造和安装成本低、传热效率高、占地面积小的特点,并且Technip公司设计的控制方案先进、可靠。对于国内催化裂化装置内处理小流量、低换热负荷且较洁净介质的工况,可考虑采用该种型式的换热器

Abstract: As a new type of high efficiency heat exchanger, hairpin heat exchanger has been rarely used in FCC units in China. In this paper, a RFCC unit in Kazakhstan is taken as an example to introduce the application of hairpin heat exchanger in FCC unit. The characteristics of hairpin heat exchanger and the control scheme of heat transfer system are discussed in detail. Hairpin heat exchanger has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing and installation cost, high heat transfer efficiency and small floor area. Meanwhile, the control scheme designed by Technip is advanced and reliable. For FCC units in China dealing with clean media at low flow rate and low heat transfer duty, hairpin heat exchanger may be considered as a good heat transfer solution
