石化厂中存在数量可观的低温余热,溴化锂吸收式制冷就是余热回收的一种有效形式。以溴化锂吸收式制冷的工作原理和特点为文章切入点,以某煤化工项目为例,从工程概况、设计方案、设计流程、主要设备及参数、自控方案、设计要点以及经济性分析等方面进行论述。研究表明溴化锂吸收式制冷有效地对工厂低温余热进行了回收利用,大大提高了能源利用效率,回收周期短,降低了企业成本。

Abstract: There is a considerable amount of low-temperature waste heat in petrochemical plants. Lithium bromide absorption refrigeration is an effective form of waste heat recovery. This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of lithium bromide absorption refrigeration, and takes a coal chemical project as an example to discuss the engineering situation, design scheme, design flow, main equipment and parameters, automatic control scheme, design points and economic analysis. The study shows that lithium bromide absorption refrigeration can effectively recycle the low-temperature waste heat in the plant, greatly improving the efficiency of energy utilization. Meanwhile, the recovery cycle is short and the enterprise cost is reduced.
