Abstract: EPC petrochemical project is a major national engineering construction project in the field of engineering construction. Progress control plays an important role in promoting the entire process of the construction and management of EPC petrochemical projects, and progress measurement is a method that directly reflects project progress. Based on the progress measurement process of a chemical plant in a domestic refinery and petrochemical integration project, this article briefly introduces the specific methods and ideas for progress measurement of an EPC petrochemical project. By detailing the project implementation process and clarifying the focus of progress measurement, some reference is provided for similar projects.
