在役1Cr5Mo管道焊接裂纹产生原因及对策

摘要: 对石油化工生产装置中运行多年局部减薄的1Cr5Mo管道进行检修更换,在新旧管道焊接施工中容易出现裂纹缺陷。文中通过分析裂纹外貌特征、焊缝硬度、母材化学成分和管道内壁垢物物相组成,以及从焊接裂纹产生机理和施工过程等方面分析,总结出产生裂纹缺陷的原因。

Abstract: The 1Cr5Mo pipelines that have been locally thinned after years of operation in petrochemical units are repaired and replaced. Crack defects easily occur during the welding construction of new and old pipelines. In this article, the causes of crack defects are found out by analyzing the appearance characteristics of cracks, the weld hardness, the chemical composition of base metal and the phase composition of scale on the inner wall of pipelines, as well as the mechanism of weld cracks and the construction process.
