Abstract: As the main component of the material cost of pipeline discipline, the estimation of valve plays an important role in petrochemical engineering projects. This article discusses the estimation methods of valves, analyzes the current situation and the main problems faced in valve estimation, and explores the improvement methods through practice. The efficiency and level of valve estimation are improved through keyword splitting and comparison, database standardization and computer software programming. The influencing factors of valve price are analyzed and studied. According to logistic regression model, the different influence degree of gate valve design parameters on the price are analyzed, which provides reference for the estimation of valves.
