Abstract: Combined with actual project experience, this paper discusses the practice process of plant-wide digital delivery, including the formulation of technical plans, the management of implementation process and the final implementation. This paper discusses the problems found in the overall management of plant-wide digital delivery projects and the solutions, so as to provide experience and suggestions for further improving the completion quality and efficiency of digital delivery projects in the future and explore a better practice path for the subsequent construction of intelligent plant.
