Abstract: As an important part of project management, project planning plans the overall strategy of project activities, sets and standardizes the whole process of the project activities in advance and provides procedural support for the implementation of the project based on a systematic analysis of the project from different angles according to the requirements of the contract and project objectives. From the document management point of view, this paper briefly discusses the significance and basic contents of document management planning in international EPC projects, and provides reference for the document management in more international EPC projects in the future
