Piping Layout and Design of Reactor-Regenerator in FCC Unit

Abstract: Reactor-Regenerator system, known as the core of FCC unit, is one of the technical difficulties in piping design. Taking a FCC unit with dual reactor settlers in parallel and a single regenerator as an example, this paper discusses the plane and elevation layout of equipment and pipelines in reactor-regenerator, the atomization nozzle, the catalyst pipes and other piping design with pipe support. It provides reference for the design of FCC unit in the future
