摘要:

介绍某厂煤制氢装置中采用的循环流化床富氧加压气化技术,设计气化工艺、主要设备的平面布置方案以及相关合成气管道的设计与应力计算。该技术的工业化应用对固定床合成氨的工艺改造以及大规模制工业燃气、制氢及化工合成气的生产,均具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:

 This article introduces the circulating fluidized bed oxygen rich pressurized gasification technology used in the coal-based hydrogen production unit of a plant, including the gasification process, the layout plan of main equipment, and the design and stress calculation of related synthesis gas pipelines. The industrialization of this gasification technology has reference significance for the transformation of fixed bed ammonia synthesis, large-scale manufacturing of industrial gas, hydrogen production, and chemical synthesis gas.
