摘要: 本文以某PO/MTBE装置精制单元中乙二醇单甲醚(EGME)再生塔(C0469)为例,介绍了填料塔及其相关设备重沸器、塔顶冷凝器、塔底抽出泵等设备的典型布置,并结合了塔直径较小,本体较高的典型特点,研究了填料塔的管口方位布置、框架平台布置和主要管道的布置,可以为今后类似塔的设计起到参考作用。

Abstract: This paper takes the ethylene glycol monomethyl ether (EGME) regeneration tower (C0469) in the refining unit of a PO/MTBE plant as an example, and introduces the typical layout of packed tower and its related equipment such as reboilers, overhead condensers and bottom pumps. Combined with the typical characteristics of packed tower such as small tower diameter and high tower body, the nozzle orientation layout, framework platform layout and the layout of main pipelines of packed tower are studied, providing reference for the design of similar towers in the future.
