高压大口径双向密封程控提升杆球阀的研制

摘要:

介绍了NPS24 Class900高压大口径双向密封程控提升杆球阀研制主要参数和难点;针对传统提升杆球阀无法满足双向密封要求、下支承轴拉伤、阀座检修困难等问题,对阀门结构进行了优化设计;为了保证压力边界的完整性,采用ASME B16.34标准和有限元法2种方法对阀体和阀盖强度进行计算与分析,计算与分析结果表明阀体和阀盖结构安全;对阀杆螺旋轨道槽处扭转角和扭转刚度进行计算,计算结果表明,阀杆强度是安全的;对LC1材料铸造方法优化后,LC1材料的低温冲击韧性得到大幅度的提升,满足?52℃低温冲击值均≥27J的特殊要求;对阀杆加工工艺进行优化,满足750/a的频繁动作要求;高压大口径球体密封面的喷涂采用火焰喷涂熔融工艺,涂层与基体为冶金结构,有效提高高压大口径球体的耐磨损、耐冲刷能力;阀门双向高压液体密封试验、双向高压气体密封试验和双向低压气体密封试验结果均满足GOST 9544 Class A要求;阀门空载动作试验和最大关闭差压下动作试验时,阀门启闭动作顺畅、无卡阻,无粘滞、爬行或抖动现象。综合性能测试结果表明,国产化研制是成功的。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the main parameters and difficultiesin the research of NPS24 Class 900 high pressure large diameter bidirectional seal program-controlled risingstem ball valve.Tosolve the problems in traditional rising stem ball valvesuch as the inability to meet bidirectional sealing requirements,the lower support shaft strain, andthe difficulty in valve seat maintenance, the designofvalve structureis optimized.In order to ensure the integrity of the pressure boundary, ASME B16.34 and finite element methodare used to calculate and analyze the strength of valve body and valve cover. The results show that the structure of the valve body and valve coveris safe. The calculation of torsion angle and torsional stiffness at the spiral track groove of valve stem shows that the strength of the valve stem is safe. By optimizing the casting process of LC1 material, the low-temperature impact toughness of LC1 materialissignificantly improved,meeting thespecial requirement of -52 ℃ low-temperature impact value ≥ 27J.The valve stem processing technologyis optimized to meet the frequent action requirement of 750 times per year. The sealing surface of high pressure large diameter sphere is sprayed using flame spraying melting technology, and the coating and substrate are metallurgical structures, effectively improving the wear resistance and erosion resistance of the high pressure large diameter sphere.The results of the bidirectional high pressure liquid sealing test, bidirectional high pressure gas sealing test and bidirectional low pressure gas sealing test of the valve all meet the requirements of GOST 9544 Class A.During the no-load operation test and maximum closing differential pressure operation test of the valve, the valve opens and closes smoothly without any jamming, sticking, crawling or shaking. Thecomprehensive performance test results indicate that the localization development is successful.
