摘要:

简要介绍了中国石化工程建设有公司(SEI)开发的固定床渣油加氢成套技术,分析了该技术的工艺流程及特点;以现有200t/a常规固定床渣油加氢装置改造为例,介绍技术方案、投资估算、经济效益;本技术利于单系列渣油加氢装置大型化,并可大幅提高装置运转周期,经济效益显著。

Abstract:  

The fixed-bed residue hydrotreating technology developed by SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation (SEI) is introduced, and its process flow and characteristics are analyzed. Taking the modification of the existing 2.0 Mt/a conventional fixed-bed residue hydrotreating unit as an example, the technical scheme, investment estimation and economic benefits are introduced. This technology is conducive to the large-scale production of single-train residue hydrotreating unit and can significantly prolong the operation cycle of the unit, achieving significant economic benefits.
