摘要:

安全阀是一种不借助任何外力而利用自身介质力的压力泄放阀,其计算和选型对天然气液化设备和管道系统的安全性起着非常重要的作用。对于不同的工艺流体及操作条件,传统的方法是依据API 520标准中的计算公式及使用Excel表进行计算,此法将耗费时间且在计算某些流体时存在一定的误差。文章针对天然气的特性采用HYSYS流程模拟软件进行流体的安全阀模拟计算,通过不同case下的各类方法模拟计算与手算结果对比其泄放量和喉径,能够准确计算出大部分工况下安全阀的泄放量,HYSYS模拟软件需要填写参数种类少、计算过程简便且易于理解,尤其适用于超临界流体和混合流体的计算,为工程人员在相关工作中提供参考,提高工作效率和准确度。但多模型方法计算也可能出现结果差距较大的情况,需要工程师进行判断。

Abstract:

Safety valve is a kind of pressure relief valve using the pressure of its own medium instead of any external force. Its calculation and type selection play a very important role in the safety of natural gas liquefaction equipment and pipeline system. For different process fluids and operating conditions, the traditional method is to use Excel according to the calculation formula stipulated in API 520, which takes time and has some errors in the calculation of some fluids. Based on the characteristics of natural gas, this paper adopts HYSYS process simulation software to simulate the fluid safety valve. By comparing the results of various methods in different cases with the results of manual calculation, the leakage volume and throat diameter are compared. The leakage volume of safety valve under most working conditions can be accurately calculated. Just a few types of parameters are to be filled in the HYSYS simulation software, and the calculation process is simple and easy to understand. It is especially suitable for the calculation of supercritical fluids and mixed fluids, providing references for engineers in related work, so as to improve work efficiency and accuracy. However, there may be a large difference between the results of multi-model method calculation, which requires engineers to make judgement.
