摘要:

介绍了往复压缩机反向角的定义及设计意义。通过工程实例和理论计算的方式,具体分析了设计因素、工艺参数因素、泄漏故障因素以及流量调节因素对往复压缩机反向角的影响。文章提供了改善反向角的建议措施。对往复压缩机选型以及相关故障诊断具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

The definition of reverse angle as well as its significance in reciprocating compressor design was introduced. Through engineering examples and theoretical calculation, the influence of design factors, process parameter factors, leakage failure factors and flow regulation factors on the reverse angle of reciprocating compressor was analyzed in detail. At last, some suggestions and measures were proposed for improving the reverse angle, providing guidance for the selection and fault diagnosis of reciprocating compressors.
