摘要: 介绍了中国石油锦州石化公司1.8万t/a废酸再生装置DSWAS(两级湿法硫酸)技术的工艺流程及特点。装置实际运行表明:其各项经济技术指标良好,烟气排放指标满足《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31570—2015)大气污染物特别排放限值。同时简要说明了装置在运行中出现的问题以及采取的对策

Abstract: This paper introduces the process flow and features of DSWAS technology for the 18 kt/a spent acid regeneration unit at PetroChina Jinzhou Petrochemical Company. The actual operation shows that the economic and technological indexes of the unit are good, and the flue gas emission index meets the special emission limit of atmospheric pollutants stipulated in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry (GB31570-2015). And the problems in the operation of the unit and the countermeasures are briefly discussed.
