摘要: 对循环冷却水排污水进行再生回用,既可以节约淡水资源,又可以减少废水排放。结合某石油化工企业循环水排污水再生回用的工程实例,介绍了循环水排污水再生处理采用预处理+超滤+反渗透的工艺流程,并对主要处理设备的选择及运行参数进行了说明。文章最后给出了该再生回用项目的运行成本及效益评估,分析了影响水处理效果的主要因素,可以为类似废水再生回用设计提供参考

Abstract: Recycling the blowdown from circulating cooling water can not only save the fresh water resource, but also reduce the wastewater discharge. Combined with the engineering example of the recycling of blowdown from circulating water in a petrochemical enterprise, this paper introduces the combined process of pretreatment, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis for the recycling of blowdown from circulating water, discusses the selection of major processing equipment and the operating parameters, gives the operating cost and benefit evaluation of the recycling project, and analyzes the main factors influencing the water treatment effect, providing reference for the engineering design of similar wastewater recycling projects
