摘要: 为践行“安全-一,预防为主”,炼油厂建筑物的防爆泄压设计应根据生产过程中使用或者产生的危险物品,按照火灾危险性分类,严格遵守国家的相关规范,认真做好每一个防爆建筑物设计,以消除安全隐患,确保装置正常运行。介绍几个炼油厂的建筑物防爆泄压设计实例,包括:建筑物主体结构的选择、泄压面积的计算等,设计时力求安全和合理,又不浪费工程材料额外增加投资。

Abstract: To practice the principle of safety and precaution first, the anti-explosion and pressure-relief design of refinery buildings should be performed according to the fire hazard classification of dangerous goods used or produced during production, and relevant national standards and codes should be strictly followed to eliminate the potential safety hazards and ensure the normal operation of the unit. Several explosion-proof and pressure-relief design examples of refinery buildings are introduced including the selection of the main structure of buildings and the calculation of pressure relief area, so as to achieve the safety and rationality of design without waste of engineering material and additional investment
