摘要: 高速离心泵通过齿轮进行增速,有两级增速和单级增速两种方式。煤化工领域和加氢装置需要高扬程的泵送系统,故此与之匹配的高速离心泵的转速也必须随之增加,因采用两级增速成本高、装配难度高,则选用单级增速方式,提高了泵的效率。主要介绍了目前国内最高单级增速的高速离心泵的设计情况

Abstract: High speed centrifugal pump is accelerated by gear, and there are two ways to increase the speed, i.e. single stage speed increasing and two stage speed increasing. High lift pumping system is needed for coal chemical industry and hydrogenation plant, so the rotary speed of the matching high speed centrifugal pump must be increased accordingly. Due to the high cost and assembly difficulty of two stage speed increasing, single stage speed increasing is selected to improve the efficiency of the pump. This paper mainly introduces the design of high speed centrifugal pump with the highest single stage speed increasing in China
