摘要:

系统梳理中国 GB/T 50010-2010《混凝土结构设计标准》、GB 50069-2002《给水排水工程构筑物结构设计规范》、美国 ACI 224R-01 及沙特 SBC 304-AR/CR-2018 规范中混凝土水池裂缝宽度计算方法,对比分析了各国规范在裂缝宽度时的参数取值差异,明确不同环境类别、暴露条件下裂缝宽度的限值要求。以沙特某项目为例,计算对比得出3类规范在裂缝宽度计算时的严格程度;同时从材料选择、现场施工工艺层面归纳各国裂缝防控思路与实施要点,可为海外项目的水池构筑物结构设计、裂缝精细化管控及多国规范协同校核工作提供可靠技术参考。

Abstract:

 This paper lists the calculation formulas for crack width of concrete water tanks in Chinese standards GB/T 50010-2010 Code for Design of Concrete Structures, GB 50069-2002 Structural Design Code for Special Structures of Water Supply and Waste Water Engineering, American standard ACI 224R-01, and Saudi Arabian code SBC 304-AR/CR-2018, respectively. A comparative analysis of the differences in parameter values adopted by various national standards in calculating crack width is conducted, and the crack width limits under different environmental categories and exposure conditions are presented. Taking a project in Saudi Arabia as the example, this paper compares the strictness of these national standards in crack width calculation, and summarizes the crack control strategies and implementation key points of these countries from the perspectives of material selection and construction technology, aiming to provide reliable technical reference for the structural design of pool structures, the refined management and control of cracks, and the collaborative verification of multiple national standards in overseas engineering projects.
