Discussion on Operation Optimization of Absorption Stabilization System in FCC Unit

Abstract: This article introduces the process characteristics and operation optimization measures for absorption stabilization system in FCC unit, and analyzes how to control the content of heavy components in dry gas to improve the total loss of liquid yield based on the actual production of FCC unit. The control of C5 content in liquefied petroleum gas, the control of gasoline vapor pressure and the maximization of economic benefits are also discussed. At the same time, the energy consumption of this system under quality and yield control is explained, and some corresponding suggestions are put forward for operational ideas, control measures and advanced instrument control technologies.
