Abstract: Automatic stereoscopic warehouse in petrochemical industry is a new automated stereoscopic storage mode, which adopts intelligent management system and integrates automatic warehousing, intelligent storage management and automatic delivery, mainly including hardware and software systems such as goods shelves, stackers, conveyors, circular shuttles, dock levelers and software control systems. Based on the actual construction of the stereoscopic packaging warehouse of Sino-SK Petrochemical Company, this paper introduces the engineering characteristics of stereoscopic warehouses and the construction methods of goods shelves, stackers, conveyors, circular shuttles and dock levelers, and puts forward some suggestions on the project management of stereoscopic warehouses.
