Abstract: This paper introduces the process flow and features of DSWAS technology for the 18 kt/a spent acid regeneration unit at PetroChina Jinzhou Petrochemical Company. The actual operation shows that the economic and technological indexes of the unit are good, and the flue gas emission index meets the special emission limit of atmospheric pollutants stipulated in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry (GB31570-2015). And the problems in the operation of the unit and the countermeasures are briefly discussed.
