Abstract: The application of FHUDS-FZ and FHUDS-SZ combined catalyst in the new 3.0 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit at SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company is introduced. The unit takes straight run diesel oil (57.71 percent), FCC diesel oil (24.41 percent) and coker diesel oil (17.88 percent) as the raw material, and this catalyst has relatively high desulfurization and denitrification rate. The test run results show that, when the reactor inlet pressure is 8.7 MPa, the space velocity is 0.8h-1, the average temperature is 355℃ and the hydrogen/oil ratio is 400:1, the sulfur content of the refined diesel oil is less than 8 mg/kg, the cetane number is increased by 4.5, and the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are less than 7%,fully meeting the National V emission standards for diesel oil. With high strength, good anti-coking performance and high stability, this combined catalyst can realize long-period operation of the unit
