Abstract: Nowadays, the worries about energy crisis and environment problems are growing. Energy crisis is one of the fatal threats to human development, and the environment problems are mainly due to the unreasonable energy consumption and energy structure. Therefore, energy consumption structure is one of the important indicators to measure the development of a nation. With huge proved reserves of shale gas, China can develop its technologies and construct more wells by learning from the North America.
