摘要: 凸缘法兰是压力容器中比较常见的法兰连接结构,多用于搅拌设备顶封头的连接件。文中针对凸缘法兰结构,对不同版HG/T20582标准中关于凸缘法兰计算进行了比较和分析,在此基础上,通过有限元分析法对凸缘法兰的计算进行了验证,为今后凸缘法兰的设计和计算提供参考。

Abstract:  As a common flange connection structure for pressure vessels, pad flange is mostly used for the top head connection of agitators. In this paper, pad flange calculation in different versions of HG/T20582 is compared and analyzed, and on this basis, the calculation of pad flange is verified by finite element analysis, which provides reference for the design and calculation of pad flange in the future.
