摘要:

在石化装置的工程设计中,不断合理优化装置平面布置,能达到节省占地,降低能耗,节约装置投资的目的。以某炼厂连续重整装置反再构架平面布置设计为例,阐述平面布置优化的背景、过程及产生的经济效益。同时提出,装置设计初期对工艺流程及设备设计的改进建议。

Abstract:

 In the engineering design of petrochemical plants, continuously optimizing the equipment layout can save land occupation, reduce energy consumption and save plant investment. Taking the equipment layout design of the reactor and regenerator structure in a CCR unit as an example, this paper discusses the background, process and economic benefits of equipment layout optimization. At the same time, some suggestions for improvement of process flow and equipment design at the initial stage of design are put forward.
