摘要: 裂解炉装置占地广、结构高、高温高压管道多,管道在裂解炉框架中纵横交错、布置复杂。以某乙烷裂解制乙烯项目为例,简介乙烯裂解炉的工艺流程、重要设备类型及平竖面布置,阐述了设备布置及平台设置原则。分析物料系统、裂解系统、汽水系统、排污系统、燃料系统等管系的工艺性质、布置方案、应力计算及支吊架设置的要点和难点。裂解炉管道布置需合理规划,综合考虑管系特点、管道柔性、操作检修等

Abstract: Cracking furnace covers a large area with high structure and has many high temperature and high pressure pipelines. Taking an ethane cracking to ethylene project as an example, this paper briefly introduces the process flow, important equipment types and horizontal and vertical layout of ethylene cracking furnace, and discusses the principles of equipment layout and platform setting. The process properties, layout scheme, stress calculation and key points and difficulties in support and hanger setting of the material system, cracking system, steam water system, sewage system and fuel system are analyzed. The piping layout of cracking furnace should be planned reasonably, and the characteristics of piping system, flexibility of piping, operation and maintenance should be considered comprehensively.
