摘要: 加热炉是石油化工企业主要工艺设备之一,其作用一般是将炉管中通过的物料加热至所需的温度,然后进入下一工艺设备进行分馏、裂解或反应等。以某石化公司连续重整加热炉设计为例,在满足PID和相关标准规范下,对加热炉设备的布置及其相关重要管道做了详细说明,并与以往的项目设计进行比较和分析,重点阐述了加热炉转油线、燃料气总管的设计思路,对管道设计中出现的一些常见问题,针对性地提出了建议,使设计更加简洁化、合理化

Abstract: Furnace is one of the major process equipment in petrochemical enterprise. The material passing through the furnace tube is heated to a desired temperature and then sent to the next process equipment for fractionation, cracking or reaction. In this paper, a continuous reforming furnace designed by a petrochemical company is taken as an example to introduce in detail the equipment layout and important pipelines of furnace in compliance with PIDs and related standards and codes. The design ideas of oil transfer line and fuel gas manifold at the outlet of furnace are discussed based on the comparison with previous design, and some suggestions are provided for common problems that are probably encountered during piping design, so as to achieve a concise and rational design
