摘要: 对武汉石化500万t/a2号常减压装置减底渣油泵变频技术改造的节电效果进行了分析,通过改造前后的数据分析对比,论证了690 V变频调速技术在减底渣油泵电气部分改造的可行性和经济性,指出了在改造实施和使用过程中存在的问题并提出了改进建议

Abstract: This paper analyzes the power saving effect of frequency conversion modification for the residuum pump at the bottom of vacuum tower in the No.2 Atmospheric & Vacuum Distillation Unit with an annual capacity of 5 million tons at SINOPEC Wuhan Company, demonstrates the feasibility and economics of 690V frequency conversion technology in the electrical modification of residuum pump at the bottom of vacuum tower based on the comparison of data before and after the modification, points out the problems existed in modification and operation, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement
